At Helsby and Longden we take security very seriously. The self storage facility operates 24 hour security to constantly safeguard your possessions.
Physical Security
Entry into the self storage facility is controlled by Helsby and Longden staff. Only authorised people will be allowed entry to the storage building.
Each personal storage unit is individually secured and you have your own key to access your own storage area. The building itself has high levels of physical security and the perimeter of the building is fenced and gated.
Electronic Security
The storage facility has 24 hour CCTV in operation and the premises are secured by a fully monitored alarm system connected to an external monitoring service.
